CG Boost is one of the best ways to start Blender in my opinion. This tutorial was free which is pretty amazing, it shows the power of Blender and the Cycles engine. The instructor Zach is one of the best out there, he makes something seemingly difficult look and feel easy when following along.

Zach's apple tutorial was one of the best beginner tutorials I have completed fully. It taught me a number of cool techniques like painting and inspired me to add other fruits into the scene.

This was a great introduction to Blender that incorporated many important elements into a useful project. I always learn better when I'm using tools rather than just reading about them. Hoping it gets updated to the new version with added parts for geometry nodes. Very useful as a starting point.
