Después de meses de espera y nunca cumplirse el plazo de entrega al final llegó la ds3, ni un detalle por parte de la tienda.Voy a probarla y en la 1a salida en el cambio noto que hay dos piños que salta la cadena,y en la 3a salida se le añade que el pedal se afloja,se come la rosca al plato y me quedo con el pedal en la mano,llamo y me dicen que la lleve a la casa trek más cercana 200km e intentarían darle una solución

Antipáticos, poca seriedad. A la hora de vender parecen muy amables pero luego son muy bordes con la gente y los vecinos... y muy creídos. Jamás iría allí a comprar una bici.

Falta de profesionalidad y seriedad insuperable! Reserve mi bicicleta en Marzo de 21, para que me la entregasen en Octubre, me llaman en Octubre equivocándose de persona y me dicen que me la entregan el 28 de Diciembre 2021....propuesta que acepto. Cuando les llamo el día 21 de Diciembre para saber de mi bici...me dicen que no va ha ser posible entregarla antes de Febrero.... Obviamente anule mi reserva

They changed the oil from my Magura Breaks for 56 €. It needs 10 minutes of work. Very expensive I think! I think he didn't answered properly to my questions and he not explained by himself what he has found out. He just said eversthing is working well now! I asked 'How long did you work?' and he said 28€ for one oilchange. But it is still not working properly, but better! I asked then why the screws of the bar are not out, like normal after refilling. I think he forgot to try to put the screws in the right position before refilling the oil. For what he took more time by himsel was to try to sell me Oakly-Sunglasses. I didn't feel well after the visit in this Bike Shop.

Mal servicio, falta de atención a nuevos posibles clientes, hemos entrado para interesarnos por dos bicicletas y nos hemos ido cuando ha entrado una persona después y la han atendido a ella primero. Poco negocio haréis así
