My continuous sessions have been the determining factor of my healing process. I learned that healing is happening in stages. When Johanne first begin to treat me, I had immediate relief and my condition began to stabilized. I kept seeing results of improvement where my mind, body, and spirit began to return naturally and gently. I found this establishment via ChatGpt… I went with an open mind... The Dr. seemed honest, warm and intelligent about her accupuncturing capabilities.
I went in with a chronic issue, within the first session a huge chunk of the discomfort had significantly subsided.

I love coming here. It’s an oasis in the middle of Harlem, my sacred space. Diane is incredible—so compassionate and wise. I always feel heard and seen. My body knows when I need acupuncture to reset or heal. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I discovered Harlem Chi in late 2019 and recently decided to visit again and restart my acupuncture journey. Scheduling is easy and the space is always clean and relaxing. I've been working with Diana this go-around and I cannot recommend her enough. She is warm, really listens, and I appreciate that she is always willing to answer my questions and explain the treatment/herbs she is recommending. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy.

I experienced a 30 minute acupuncture session at the Harlem Wellness Fair this past weekend. It was such a meditative experience. Special shoutout to Johanne for accommodating everyone with ease and grace even as the rain poured down around us.
While I didn’t have any specific pain to target, Johanne was able to pin point prime area for deep relaxation in mind, body, and soul. I traveled to another place while sitting in the middle of Marcus Garvey park with rain pouring, cool wind blowing, and other clients approaching the tent. I look forward to connecting with Harlem Chi for a longer session in the near future.

Harlem Chi is a wonderful, peaceful, place amidst this hectic city. Diane and Johanna really take the time to understand your pain, concerns or questions. Therefore the treatment is targeted and effective. Relief is possible after the first visit, but I recommend a sustained treatment planned designed by Diane and Johanna.

Do yourself a favor and book a session!!! Went for acid reflux and chest paid symptoms and started feeling relief after 20 min! Will definitely be coming back :)

Harlem Chi is a full body acupuncture experience that helped me with elevating body aches from my head down to my toes with the help of Miss Johanne precisely applying specific I'll call Chi points throughout my body during my visits.
