I discovered Harlem Chi in late 2019 and recently decided to visit again and restart my acupuncture journey. Scheduling is easy and the space is always clean and relaxing. I've been working with Diana this go-around and I cannot recommend her enough. She is warm, really listens, and I appreciate that she is always willing to answer my questions and explain the treatment/herbs she is recommending. I always leave feeling relaxed and happy.

I experienced a 30 minute acupuncture session at the Harlem Wellness Fair this past weekend. It was such a meditative experience. Special shoutout to Johanne for accommodating everyone with ease and grace even as the rain poured down around us.
While I didn’t have any specific pain to target, Johanne was able to pin point prime area for deep relaxation in mind, body, and soul. I traveled to another place while sitting in the middle of Marcus Garvey park with rain pouring, cool wind blowing, and other clients approaching the tent. I look forward to connecting with Harlem Chi for a longer session in the near future.

Harlem Chi is a wonderful, peaceful, place amidst this hectic city. Diane and Johanna really take the time to understand your pain, concerns or questions. Therefore the treatment is targeted and effective. Relief is possible after the first visit, but I recommend a sustained treatment planned designed by Diane and Johanna.

Do yourself a favor and book a session!!! Went for acid reflux and chest paid symptoms and started feeling relief after 20 min! Will definitely be coming back :)

This practice offers a wonderful experience. The treatment space is clean and quiet, creating a conducive environment for relaxation and healing. Both acupuncturists, Johanne and Diana, are highly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and understanding. They genuinely listen to my concerns and address them effectively. I felt a significant improvement after the first session, and I’m committed to continuing with a series of treatments to solidify the results. Harlem Chi is a full body acupuncture experience that helped me with elevating body aches from my head down to my toes with the help of Miss Johanne precisely applying specific I'll call Chi points throughout my body during my visits. This acupuncture clinic is the best Ive been to so far. The energy is great, and the best part of it all is that you feel like the practitioner is there to truly heal you. This is a beacon of healing in New York City. After my first treatment my whole body responded with muscle relaxation and many other things like my breathing improved and back pain started to go away immediately after and the days that followed.
