Professional and supportive from start to finish. I received almost instant improvement in my range of motion. Within just a few minutes and continued.improvement for following the treatment. Only time and work commitments presented me from returning the next day but I will be returning soon and making it a regular part of my monthly schedule.

I went to get induced at 39 weeks naturally as I wanted to avoid a hospital induction. Made a last minute appt at Harlem Chi acupuncture. My appt was Saturday at 130pm appt and I went into labor 1130pm same day, Saturday night. Gave birth Sunday 1230pm. Does it work for natural induction? U be the judge. Great service as well. Place was clean and the acupuncturist was friendly, kind and warm. Answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable.

I had a wonderful, restorative acupuncture treatment from Diana Yoon yesterday at Harlem Chi Community Acupuncture. I'm a big fan of community acupuncture and am grateful to be able to receive it regularly in Berkeley and Oakland where I live. I was happy to discover HCCA while I was visiting family in NYC and will surely return again in the future. I love the beauty, spaciousness, and calm of the acupuncture room--right off the bustling liveliness of 25th street! My first experience with Harlem Chi was so relaxing. Johanne made me feel seen and heard and it allowed me to be fully relaxed. Getting used to the needles was the hardest part but once they were in, I was completely relaxed. I even fell asleep and got some much needed rest. Definitely look forward to coming back!

Harlem Chi is such a blessing. I’ve just had a bad flu and felt so beat up, and after just two treatments I feel like my whole system is being nurtured and restored. The atmosphere in the space is so conducive to healing, it always amazes me how quiet and private it feels even though I am in a large room with other people receiving care. Very attentive to the patient, holistically; unlike acupuncture service that I received via the "health care" Medicare plan. There the acupuncturist was running back 'n forth to service a number of patients al at the same time within an allotted period of time. Clearly there, MP ='d MP, more patients more profit was the guiding light. Unfortunately, because of financial constraints, I have had to put Harlem Chi on hold for the moment. However, I plan to explore the nutrition / herb consultation, to further address my comorbidity issues.

Search for affordable, quality, reliable acupuncture treatment in upper Manhattan has been called off! RUN, don't walk, to Harlem Chi Community Acupuncture. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the "community" aspect. Akin to a great yoga class, I can sense the energy of those called together for a share intention: balance and heal.
