I had been suffering from bicep tendinitis for 2 years, and finally I went to Harlem Chi. If only I had gone sooner. In one session, my two year issue vanished. I have continued to go to Harlem Chi for the last year for various issues—stress, anxiety, carpal tunnel, allergies—it resets my body in a beautiful and peaceful way. The 1st. time i walkd in, i was in terrible chronic pain plus other conditions i’d been suffering for years. Lack of apetite, weight lose, low energy, stiffness. Johanne has treated me mostly for these symptoms. My recovery has been successful, my mind is alert, my attitude towards life is more tolerant & optimistic but the most recent benefit is that i was able to quit nicotine after 30 yrs & many attempts to give up. Excellent HERBALIST.Herbs have become part of my treatment. Very rewarding!!.

Johanne is truly a healer. I am not a fan of needles but, she has a gentle touch. I love that she has late nights to accommodate my busy work schedule. Most importantly I can afford regular treatments on my journey to healing.

My joint aches and muscle pains drove me to Harlem Chi this week. It was my first visit, although I've had lots of acupuncture over the years.
I was looking for a clean, restful and restorative environment, with a skilled and knowledgeable acupuncturist, reasonably priced services, and located near my home. .
I found it all at Harlem Chi! It is wonderful to know that such thorough care is close and affordable. Not only will I be back, I am signing up for a series of sessions.

I have been seeing Johanne for several years, and so far there is nothing she is not able to make better. Recently, I began to cough every time I went out in the cold air. I was not sick, it was just annoying. I don't know what happened, but since the treatment she devised, it is gone, and I've since been out in the cold and I am not coughing. I have to remind myself to keep going regularly, even if I don't have any particular symptoms, because I always feel better after I see her!

This Saturday was my First visit wit Johanne and she explained everything thoroughly, I have been suffering with Edema in my ankles for years I feel confident my swelling will subside with further treatment. It's a Relaxed environment but open. But she still gives you the attention and time you need. I will be back.

The key of this is consistence and I haven’t missed a single weekly appt. since i started this beautiful ride. She has changed my life dramatically.
