For the last month I've been suffering from a swollen foot due to over exertion and gout. Foot wasn't painful to walk on but retained fluids. I wasn't sure if acupuncture would help but decided to try. Result was incredible...by the following day the foot was almost back to normal allowing me to be active again. Mind blown. Johanne has skills!!

I did the body works Sunday and I was not sure if I should go, because I contacted a virus bug that just started to affect my body. I had a slight fever, heaviness in my head, and scratchy throat with some cough. I did the reflexology it was great! I did the massage on my shoulder and back, and it was great! Then I did the reki last, and my entire body was lighten up from congestion in my neck and throat. Get up an get to Harlem Chi even if your not feeling to leave the house!

I started seeing Johanne in Dec of 2016 to treat infertility. In the past 6 mos I have definitely experienced improvement in my cycles, overall health and well being. I attended her Spring Reboot and learned so much on nutrition, the significance of where our food is being sourced and other key factors that affect our well being. My mom is 94 years old and suffers from chronic shoulder pain. She found Johanne to be a sensitive, caring healer.
