I am aware of the internal and external signs of my Acupunture treatments, Acupunture heals your body first after many treatments because it's a process and every one heals at the rate of their body, also there some amaZing results but you have to be intune with body /yourself to realize them. Continuing my Acupunture treatment with Johanna will be part of my lifestyle. PEACE.

I have been having accupuncture treatments for last 10 years in each city I have lived in. For last 6 months I have been attending Harlem Chi and its the best treatments I have ever had. Each time i attend I know i am being heard, treated, and supported. The needle work is superb, the space is soothing, and i am always treated with care and respect. Its truly one of my fav parts of my week!!!

I have had acupuncture before, both private and community and I have to say this was the best I have experienced. The community room is spacious, the music is great and Johanne has a very soft touch. I was not uncomfortable at all and sometimes I tend to get anxiety but did not this time whatsoever. It was a tad chilly but was provided with extra scarves to warm me. I am definitely going back.

I always know when my back goes out, as if often does, or if my allergies flare up, as they often do, that visiting Johane for a treatment will help my body reset itself. This is the real deal, right in Harlem, and a ten minute walk from my apartment. I am so grateful.

I can't recommend Harlem Chi too highly. I'm an old man, long accustomed to living with minor aches and pains without complaint and thanks to Harlem Chi, I've learned that Chinese medicine can eliminate or at least greatly reduce any of the small ways that my body fails me. My first visit to Harlem Chi was very good; Johanne is very warm and welcoming and focused on my biggest concern immediately. I'm sure we will get to the others. It is a bargain price for personal service in a calm and welcoming environment.

Harlem Chi is. Refuge not only from pain, but it provides a way inside my new community for me to be taken care of and recover from a knee injury I was told would require surgery.
It only required the work on Harlem Chi and my good intentions to do floor exercises as well.

...if it weren't for Johanne's Harlem Chi, no exaggeration. Serious illness and injuries hit over a relatively short period of time during a period of extremely high stress at work & a heavy breakup. When I first came to her, I was on a cane and couldn't sit at all, could barely walk, often could barely talk. I also had no insurance so she was the only health practitioner I had. Johanne & her space are amazingly zen. Everything about her heals. I love her very, very much & so will you.

I'm not new to Acupunture but at Harlem-Chi my experience was the beginning of my healing journey Johanne was attentive as I started to explain my repress feelings. Then the acupuncture was admistered I felt so re-laxed and lifted as if I were floating. Everytime I go to Harlem Chi I feel like new. Hormonal imbalances have disappeared and overall I feel much happier in my skin. I wish I started doing this earlier in my life! The space is compfy and Johanne is a pro. Can I go everyday?

Staff was great and knowledgeable space was clean and comfortable. Not the biggest fan of needles but was comfortable most of the puncturing didn't even feel. I plan on making Harlem Chi apart of my regimen to living my best life. as you should too

A weekly session of acupuncture plus occasional suggestions about diet and exercise help me feel strong, limber, energetic and free of pain and to lose some unwanted pounds, If I miss a session because I am too busy, my body lets me know that I should not miss the next one. This was my first opportunity to use this method of treatment. I am very impressed with the outcome. I was suffering from discoloration to both legs due to bad circulations, for the first time in the past two years, my ankles has not swollen. The veins around my ankle and my feet are visible and now fit into saldals I had not worn in years. I have been walking without crying out for pain in my ankles and foot bottom. Please try this procedure it works.
