When I started going to Harlem Chi nearly a year ago, I had pain in one foot, the other knee and my shoulder. Now I feel little or no pain in those places, and I'm feeling much more limber. I have always loved to walk, but my bad foot and bad knee were taking a lot of the pleasure out of it for me. Last month I took many day-hikes, and in all the miles I tramped, my bad knee gave me no discomfort at all and my bad foot ached only a little. Harlem Chi gets a lot of credit for my improvement.
