Have been working on sore knee and it's so much better(after only 3 visits). The atmosphere is just so tranquil and relaxing. Johanne is quite adept at calming my jitters. So now I'm working on cranking up and fine tuning other 70 year old parts. Love It !!

This was my first time having acupuncture and I'm so happy I chose Harlem Chi. Johanne is amazing! Thorough, patient, friendly and honest. I walked out of there without back pain and feeling far more relaxed than I've felt In a long time. The office is impeccable and sets the tone for the relaxing experience. I'm definitely going back!

What a fantastic addition to the neighborhood! Acupuncture has been a life changing experience for me, and Johanne is an intuitive, comforting, and extremely skilled practitioner. No matter what shape I'm in when I arrive, I always leave sessions feeling like I can take on the world. The treatment space is airy and soothing and the value with the community model of treatment is amazing. I couldn't be happier!

I don't really like going to the doctor's, so I was delighted to try acupuncture here and see results almost instantly! It takes some getting used to but is an effective healing tool. I now look forward to my sessions in Johanne's comfortable office. I would recommend this to any friend

Upon entering i was struck by the quiet, tasetful beauty of the place and same can be said of the proprieter--just lovely.
intake questionaire was a bit tedious but aren't they all.
The treatment went well. I was made to feel comfortable and confident that Ms Picard knew her business and cared about my concerns.

Have had lots of acupuncture over the years, and walked past the office, and thought I would check it out. Am I glad I did! Convenient to the neighborhood where I live.. how great to be able to walk to the acupuncturist and very high ratings on skill, competence, presence and compassion. I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend you try it, and will be returning as soon as I can. Love the online booking, too.

Harlem Chi offers an incredible service. I went for a stiff neck/trapezius issue, and Johanne took an extensive medical history and was incredibly attentive to my concerns. She took a lot of time to get the treatment right, and I felt so much better afterwards I could have cried. As well, the space is lovely, and you do not feel rushed or crowded in (which is sometimes the case at other community practices). All in all, a wonderful experience! I'll be back.

I came to Harlem Chi on a recommendation from a good friend. I came for allergies, but mentioned that I wasn't sleeping. My allergies have gotten noticeably better. My sleep....some days I over sleep, lol. I am not only happy with the treatment, I am grateful ....and well rested :)

This is a really good opportunity to have a great acupuncture treatment at an afordable Price. Although initially I was not sure about the idea of community for acupuncture, I have to say that it Works perfectly. Johane is a great professional and has created a very nice space. I am going weekly and I'm very happy with the treatment.

I have just been in my first acupunture appointment at Harlem Chi and I feel really satisfied.
I have found everything very profesional. Ms.Picard made everything very easy. The atmosphere of the place was relaxing and even though you share the space, you feel that everything is very private.
I had never tried the community acupuncture and I had my doubts but after trying I am going to repeat it next week. I felt very comfortable and I highly reccomend the experience.

Three months ago, I initially seeked Johanne's services because of joint pains and extreme fatigue. Being a pre-diabetic I had more difficulty maintaining my blood sugar within normal range. At the begining of my , Johanne went over my eating and rest habits and started acupuncture. She designed a way for me to choose the right food. I felt empowered! This was not a new way of dieting. Now I have less pain, my fatigue is gone, I have incidentally lost 5 lbs and my blood sugar is controlled!
