Have had lots of acupuncture over the years, and walked past the office, and thought I would check it out. Am I glad I did! Convenient to the neighborhood where I live.. how great to be able to walk to the acupuncturist and very high ratings on skill, competence, presence and compassion. I felt great afterwards. Highly recommend you try it, and will be returning as soon as I can. Love the online booking, too.

Johanne Picard has created a divine space for offering her healing services. The space is open and the energy flows in a way that is reflective of the grace in which Johanne interacts with me for my treatment. Her personal touch, always accompanied by a radiant smile, is professional yet elegant and down to earth. With each treatment, I feel a wonderful sense of well being... Harlem Chi offers an incredible service. I went for a stiff neck/trapezius issue, and Johanne took an extensive medical history and was incredibly attentive to my concerns. She took a lot of time to get the treatment right, and I felt so much better afterwards I could have cried. As well, the space is lovely, and you do not feel rushed or crowded in (which is sometimes the case at other community practices). All in all, a wonderful experience! I'll be back.

I came to Harlem Chi on a recommendation from a good friend. I came for allergies, but mentioned that I wasn't sleeping. My allergies have gotten noticeably better. My sleep....some days I over sleep, lol. I am not only happy with the treatment, I am grateful ....and well rested :)

This is a really good opportunity to have a great acupuncture treatment at an afordable Price. Although initially I was not sure about the idea of community for acupuncture, I have to say that it Works perfectly. Johane is a great professional and has created a very nice space. I am going weekly and I'm very happy with the treatment.

I have just been in my first acupunture appointment at Harlem Chi and I feel really satisfied.
I have found everything very profesional. Ms.Picard made everything very easy. The atmosphere of the place was relaxing and even though you share the space, you feel that everything is very private.
I had never tried the community acupuncture and I had my doubts but after trying I am going to repeat it next week. I felt very comfortable and I highly reccomend the experience.

Three months ago, I initially seeked Johanne's services because of joint pains and extreme fatigue. Being a pre-diabetic I had more difficulty maintaining my blood sugar within normal range. At the begining of my , Johanne went over my eating and rest habits and started acupuncture. She designed a way for me to choose the right food. I felt empowered! This was not a new way of dieting. Now I have less pain, my fatigue is gone, I have incidentally lost 5 lbs and my blood sugar is controlled!

My first experience with Acupunture was at Harlem Chi with Ms. Picard . Ms. Picard is very Professional and knowledgeable about Acupunture and the benefits.
The establishment is clean and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Not to mention painfree for what I was being treated for. I am convinced that Acupunture will serve me better than the many medications I've been prescibed. I'm definately a new client.

I went to Harlem Chi because I was having problems falling asleep. Both the environment and Dr. Picard exude the type of peaceful energy that made me feel safe. Upon answering a few questions and a check-up, the Doctor informed me that my kidney energy was very low. I then received an Acupuncture treatment and fell asleep without tossing and turning that night. I plan to continue the acupuncture séances to strengthen my kidney chi. I highly recommend Harlem Chi.

What a lovely atmosphere for my first acupuncture experience. Johanne answered all of my questions, and explained everything as we went along so the initial nervousness with the needles was quickly gone. The treatment really helped my sinuses during allergy season. I can't wait to come back.

I am so thrilled that an alternative health care provider has moved to the neighborhood.
My health insurance does not cover acupuncture and I am very happy to have found a wonderful place that provides affordable services.
The space is beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. Johanne was very professional, friendly, and attentive. I came in with tremendous shoulder pain from a sports injury and I left feeling much relieved. I would recommend Chi Community Acupuncture to all my friends.
