I preface this that a 5 star would mean perfection to me. Rarely does that happen.
Small fence project in my backyard.
Vinyl chain link. Salesman Tony inspected and wrote an estimate. Scheduled the install. 2 man crew showed as promised. Very fast and efficient.
Following the install I received an email from Linda asking about the job.
I expressed concern that I had to pick up some metal cut offs from trimming the fence. Refill some holes that weren’t fully filled and noticed a gap in a gate opening that seemed a little large.
Linda immediately called, apologized, sent Tony back to inspect. We discussed, he inspected and remeasured. Told me if after settling I wasn’t satisfied to contact them. Im extremely impressed with their response.
I always try and give honest, unemotional feedback. I waited to review on google to see how they responded.
I highly recommend them. Service is a dying business but they got that right!

Great work provided by Bradford Fencing! We have an automatic gate which had been compromised by an electrical storm and needed repair. Troubleshooting went slowly at first; and due to our toilet economy it was difficult for them to get repair parts in stock. But once we decided to go with a solar system and replace the other components, Bradford did a great job! Friendly service and the technician even relocated one of the components at my request the very next day. Would recommend!

Bradford replaced an old wooden gate with a new one. It is well built and works great. The workers were very professional. Great job. Would use them again.

Wouldn’t recommend. They sent a tech out measure for fence replacement and claimed we “badgered him” when asked questions about if the fence will be stained wood. We simply told him what the previous company who built the fence did before an he said “call them then, it’s too hot for me to be badgered about our quality of work” and immediately left. I didn’t realize asking questions was badgering.
