The staff were fantastic, particularly Joel. I’m new to cycling, we told him that, and he went the extra mile to not only share his knowledge and give us recommendations to get started. But more importantly, to make me feel much more comfortable and welcomed in the cycling community. I bought my first pair of cycling shoes and cleats. Joel’s knowledge and willingness to help me learn how to use them and be more confident in using them was exceptional. I truly have never had customer service like it before. I came in for shoes, and will now be back for more of a fit out and some part changes on my (old) second hand bike. Cycling is an expensive and somewhat intimidating sport to get into, and Joel made it approachable and his knowledge helped me understand some of the technical ins and outs. Joel was not a pushy salesman, but a lover of cycling who wants everyone to join the community and fun doing it. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and his help was so hugely appreciated. We will be back for all our cycling needs!

These guys are seriously good at what they do. Kev and Piero in the workshop have the bike running at a level that honestly makes me feel a lot quicker than I deserve — and that comes down to their attention to detail and experience.
The whole team is outstanding. Jayce and Kane in the workshop are always onto things, and Joel, Tony, Brett and Megan on the sales side are knowledgeable, approachable and happy to help no matter what you’re chasing.
What really sets them apart is that they’re race-oriented but just as focused on riders at every level. Whether you’re preparing for an event or just enjoying your riding, they take the time to understand what you need and help you get the most out of your bike.
Turnaround times are spot on, pricing is fair, and the bike is always ready when promised — which takes a lot of stress out of race prep.
