These guys are seriously good at what they do. Kev and Piero in the workshop have the bike running at a level that honestly makes me feel a lot quicker than I deserve — and that comes down to their attention to detail and experience.
The whole team is outstanding. Jayce and Kane in the workshop are always onto things, and Joel, Tony, Brett and Megan on the sales side are knowledgeable, approachable and happy to help no matter what you’re chasing.
What really sets them apart is that they’re race-oriented but just as focused on riders at every level. Whether you’re preparing for an event or just enjoying your riding, they take the time to understand what you need and help you get the most out of your bike.
Turnaround times are spot on, pricing is fair, and the bike is always ready when promised — which takes a lot of stress out of race prep.
If you’re on the Gold Coast, this is the go-to bike shop.

I came in Friday to see if the team could do a "on-the-spot" repair of my sticky front disc brakes.
The team were very friendly, and after a few questions they identified a couple of additional issues to fix. I was super impressed at how quickly they turned around my bike - they gave it a tub, waxed the chain, and sorted out the cantankerous SRAM gear change issue.
These guys are why I'm very brand loyal to Trek - they're a really super engaged crew, they came across as genuine, down to earth, bike nerds...
I live in Brisbane so I won't get to visit this team that often - but if you're in the Burleigh/bottom of the GC area - these guys are worth a visit...

Good bike shop with good people. Special mention for the mechanic Piero. I purchased a trek rail mountain bike and there was an issue with the rear hub.They swiftly removed the troubled hub and upgraded the bike with a higher grade hub. Kev is also super helpful and gives professional service. I recommend this bike shop.

Kev - the store manager - gave me great assistance when, at short notice, he replaced a damaged wheel on my bike with a wheel from a bike in his store. He personally attended to the task, even though he was short-staffed with lots of customers on a Sunday morning, including swapping gear clusters on the wheels.
