The cleats in my shoes couple of the screws were rusted in. After purchasing the new cleats in store I attempted at home to change the cleats over myself and due to the screws rusted in it wouldn’t budge. I went back to the store, Eddie and the Chappy from Switzerland were very helpful removing the old screws and replacing the bike shoes with new cleats. The customer service was fantastic. You have now a customer who will be back many times. Thank you.

They truly go the extra mile for their customers. I had a bike issue on a public holiday, and despite how busy it was, I brought it in and had it fixed the very same day. Kev was the only one running the store at the time, handling customers and repairs all by himself, but somehow, he still managed to work a miracle on my bike. He even went out of his way to personally deliver it back to my home. Kev’s dedication and commitment are unmatched.
