I’ve been visiting Trek Bicycle Store Burleigh for close to 2 years now, and the service has consistently been outstanding. Whether it’s servicing or repairs on my time trial bike, mountain bike or road bike, the team always delivers at a very high level.
Joel, Kev and Piero are exceptional—friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely focused on helping. Nothing is ever a problem for them. They take a solution-driven approach to everything and consistently go above and beyond to make sure the job is done right.
What really stands out is their strong customer focus. They take the time to understand your needs, explain options clearly, and ensure the end result exceeds expectations every time. You never feel rushed—just supported by a team that truly cares about getting the best outcome.
It’s rare to find a store that combines technical expertise with this level of service and consistency. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Trek Burleigh to anyone serious about their bikes.

I came in Friday to see if the team could do a "on-the-spot" repair of my sticky front disc brakes.
The team were very friendly, and after a few questions they identified a couple of additional issues to fix. I was super impressed at how quickly they turned around my bike - they gave it a tub, waxed the chain, and sorted out the cantankerous SRAM gear change issue.
These guys are why I'm very brand loyal to Trek - they're a really super engaged crew, they came across as genuine, down to earth, bike nerds...
I live in Brisbane so I won't get to visit this team that often - but if you're in the Burleigh/bottom of the GC area - these guys are worth a visit...

Good bike shop with good people. Special mention for the mechanic Piero. I purchased a trek rail mountain bike and there was an issue with the rear hub.They swiftly removed the troubled hub and upgraded the bike with a higher grade hub. Kev is also super helpful and gives professional service. I recommend this bike shop.

Kev - the store manager - gave me great assistance when, at short notice, he replaced a damaged wheel on my bike with a wheel from a bike in his store. He personally attended to the task, even though he was short-staffed with lots of customers on a Sunday morning, including swapping gear clusters on the wheels.
