Saw a cruiser on special, so I paid a deposit. Less than two weeks later the bike had arrived in stock and was assembled and ready for me. I was promptly notified, and went to the store to collect it. Everyone there was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and went put of their way to assist me. I can highly recommend Trek Cycles at Burleigh, excellent business to deal with.

The rear gear-shift cable snapped on my 10(?)-yr old Trek FX 7.4 hybrid bike. Couldn't figure out how to fix it myself. Local stores had closed and couldn't get help from mobile operators, so I took it to the Burleigh store. Got a rough reasonable quote for the fix so I, to save future hassles, asked them to renew BOTH gear cables and also both brake cables. It was done quickly, at a VERY reasonable price (the store can publish the $$ if it wishes), and the bike is now riding tight like new ... the mechanical service and people pleasantness were way beyond expectation. Thanks.
