I was so impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in the door and was met by Stu and then also greeted by other staff members, ongoing communication, and even advice that the bike had been discounted, as I had the bike on layby. When I picked up the bike the gentleman and lady staff member's were so friendly and helpful. I have not received such amazing service in along time, if ever. Absolutely five star. Fantastic!

Can absolutely 110% recommend this store!!! Adrian was the expert who helped us in amazing detail and really took the time to make sure I got the right bike for my needs. It was actually a lot of fun to learn the difference between the bikes and the purpose of all the different features. He also put on the bike stand, phone holder and chain holder on for us so the bike was 100% ready to drive out! Adrian gave us a lot of honest and helpful tips and never once made us feel pressure to have to hurry or buy something in return for his help!

When my parents arrived to collect it, they were greeted like old friends and were thoroughly impressed with the friendly service. I was visiting the Gold Coast for a cycling camp last weekend. Usually based in Sydney, I have been struggling to find a new bike in my size. When my 2018 Emonda SL5 ended up getting a snapped shifter cable on the Saturday ride I popped across to see the team at Trek Burleigh Heads. The service I received from Cassie and Stu was well above and beyond what I had anticipated. With my new shifter cable in hand, I was exiting the store when I spotted the Emonda SL7 that just happened to be in my size! After making my purchase Stu kindly transferred across all my equipment across to the new bike whilst also offering to drop my old bike back at my accommodation once he finished work. Once again the team went well over any expectations by boxing up my old bike to ensure it was safe to fly back to Sydney with. I am one very happy customer and can not recommend these guys highly enough.
