The cleats in my shoes couple of the screws were rusted in. After purchasing the new cleats in store I attempted at home to change the cleats over myself and due to the screws rusted in it wouldn’t budge. I went back to the store, Eddie and the Chappy from Switzerland were very helpful removing the old screws and replacing the bike shoes with new cleats. The customer service was fantastic. You have now a customer who will be back many times. Thank you.
