I can’t speak highly enough of Trek Burleigh! Kev is nothing short of a superhero running the store, and his team consistently delivers outstanding service. They truly go the extra mile for their customers. I had a bike issue on a public holiday, and despite how busy it was, I brought it in and had it fixed the very same day. Kev was the only one running the store at the time, handling customers and repairs all by himself, but somehow, he still managed to work a miracle on my bike. He even went out of his way to personally deliver it back to my home. Kev’s dedication and commitment are unmatched. Trek Burleigh has earned a lifelong customer, and I’ll always stand by both the Trek brand and the incredible service at the Burleigh store!!

You've gained a lifelong rider. As someone new to bike riding and unsure where to start, I visited several other bike stores and felt judged. Those stores didn't even bother to let me test ride a bike. However, the moment I walked into Trek, I was greeted warmly, as if I were already part of the team.
