Went to pick up my new Fuel EX 9.7 and was about to roll out with it when Chuck and the mechanic (not sure his name) had a conversation about whether pivot joints (not sure of the technical term) had the right amount of grease. Mechanic said he wanted to check and I needed to pop back in an hour. I didn’t mind as I wanted it to be right. Chuck then handed me a free coffee voucher and apologised (for being thorough ♂️) for the inconvenience. After about 40 minutes I popped back in because I’d rather kill time in a bike shop (although that is dangerous) and to my surprise my bike was ready. I asked if it needed extra grease to which Chuck said it did. I just reckon these guys are legends and I will definitely head back there.
