I was extremely impressed with the work performed on my roof. Each day the workers cleaned up any debris that might have fallen from the work area. The workers also added items that the original home builders did not use, which probably caused my problems. My roof is cement tile with a rolled under layer. Approximately 25 tiles were cracked or damaged and the cost was already included in their quote, which was very reasonable. I only replaced a section of my roof and will definitely use Complete Roofing Systems to replace the other section that is remaining to be updated.

We had our roof replace on our garage. It was so easy, they came out, measured, showed samples and had a quote very quickly. Once the materials arrived they had the whole thing done in just a few hours. The crew was amazingly fast and incredibly respectful of our property and our neighbors. They had replaced the roof on my grandma's house just a few weeks before and provided the same wonderful service. I highly recommend them to everyone for big or small jobs.

After dealing with a crooked contractor for months I finally called these guys on like a Thursday and the following Tuesday my roof was on. They showed up when they said they would they did a good job I paid them and it was over. My experience couldn't have been better and the person that came to my house actually had done the job before and wasn't some sleazy salesman. It was a great experience man that's about all you can ask for. I highly recommend them.

We had several companies come out to give us estimates on a new roof, the old one had storm damage and age. Their man Martin came out- I liked him right away; boots on the ground, not a salesman with a clipboard trying to sell me something I don't need. He was well prepared, had roof samples with him, and unlike the others, gave me an accurate and final quote on the spot- not "I'll go back to the office, run the figures, and email you an estimate". Some companies never even got back to me! He got us scheduled in days, not weeks too. Quick, competent work, quality materials. I liked the crew that did the work. Nice clean up afterward! My wife didn't care for the standard color paint on the vents, they came back out and painted it what she wanted, no charge. Happy wife happy life! Great customer service with this company! Great comments from the neighbors on the roof, gave then referral information. Thanks Martin, and all you guys!

We recently contracted with CRS for a complete roofing replacement. We found this company through an advertisement and are very happy we did. The estimate was very competitive and they were very pleasant to work with. The roofing crew was excellent. They work fast with extremely high quality. They were very good at letting us know when they would be delivering tile and sent a crew to make sure they understood the logistics for stacking the large amount of tile needed for the job. The crews know what they are doing and it is impressive to watch them do their craft. Upon completion, one of their inspectors made sure everything was done correctly and completely. All employees (including sales, office administration, scheduling, onsite workforce and management) were very congenial and respectful to work with. I have and will continue to recommend them. If you want the job done right the first time, this is the company you want to work with.
