I’m a contractor who’s used friendly windows several times. They deliver EXACTLY what they say. Patrick is very professional and educated on their products. There install team is top notch as well. There very neat respectful and tidy while there working. I don’t even bother shopping around due to the level of quality they deliver.

Very happy with my window installation project for my rental project. Friendly was the last of 4 estimates I had done and they came in at the lowest price despite needing custom sized doors made. (Other companies came close to double their quoted amount, one even saying they'd "try to make the standard size doors "work" instead of the custom size needed.) I was impressed that David called the window manufacturer onsite to get an accurate estimate for the job, and the price quoted to me stayed true to the end! I met the owner and the installer prior to the installation for the measure check and both were very nice and professional throughout. My only criticism would be that the communication was a little confusing between texts and calls and emails from different people, but always pleasant. I highly recommend giving them a call for a quote for your windows and door needs. I'll be calling again when we're ready to replace the windows for my primary residence!

Great company. They replaced all the windows in my house. Changed the whole look of it, it looks amazing. They kept it clean the whole time. After this finished they cleaned around the work area. I couldn't even tell they had been there at all. They walked to every window with me and showed me what they did and how. Great quality and service. My house has been much warmer ever since. Got quite a few windows replaced. Prices were pretty good compared to a few other companies that gave us quotes. Also, the new windows look great!

I setup an appointment to replace 10 windows for my parents home in April. We decided to go with them after also getting 1 more quote. The new windows open and close smoothly and Greg did a nice job on the window wraps. Overall a positive experience. I would highly recommend friendly windows to anybody.
