Wandered in this afternoon to look at bikes, but wasn’t expecting the amazing service we were about to receive.
Alfonso greeted us at the door, asked us how he could help, and took us down to see the road bike collection on the lower floor.
Excellent questions, knowledgeable suggestions for the right model of bike for me to do an Ironman on next year without getting a dedicated TT bike, an effortless test ride, and no pressure to buy.
The fact I live in Cairns was zero problem - he rightly suggested I could get it boxed up and take it home tomorrow if I wanted was so good.
Even though it wasn’t quite what I was planning on buying this afternoon, the fact that I left with a smile and am clear about the bike I want to buy now is brilliant.
And I might just get the chance to pop back in and get it next time I’m down makes me want to get back to Sydney ASAP.
Thanks for the amazing service Alfonso - you’re worth more money!

I’m so happy with my new purchase at Trek Turramurra. Eamon was friendly and approachable the moment I walked into the store. He adjusted the handlebar and the saddle, fitted the pedals and the bottle holder and gave me a few tips on cycling.

I had a TT bike and a bike box. I picked it up after they assembled it and Kim, one of the store associates, was kind enough to drive me back to the hotel as I needed to take the bike box with me that day. Amazing service and super quick!!! Highly recommended
