I went into Trek today with my wife with a rough idea of the road bikes we were looking for. We were immediately greeted by the sales person, Eamon. He was excellent in addressing all our concerns and went above and beyond in getting us measured up and fitted for a bike that was right for our individual capability and physicality. We'd been to previous bike shops where we were either ignored or felt like the salesperson wasnt bothered about addressing our needs. Eamon was really friendly and helpful despite not being 100% that we were legitimate buyers or just "window shopping". He also didn't try and convince us to purchase anything above or of outside of our budget. We were very happy with the service and selection in the store. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Very happy customers!

Lachlan and Michael were awesome to work with. They supported me through some switches for my bike. Also, kind enough to help with my personal fit on the bike after the changes. Spend the little extra and head into the shop - you won’t be disappointed with the service and patience they have!

We went to get bikes for our kids and the staff was absolutely amazing.
Took the time to show us multiple size options and made customizations so the kids could have a better riding experience.
We had to get helmets and even in that they walked us through the various options and safety features.
Loaded the bikes for us and showed us how to use the bike carrier.
They made the whole experience so much special. Didnt feel we bought the bikes from a shop rather felt like we were spending time with some friends and somehow ended with two bikes. :)

Great service and sales assistance for spares and cycling information bought tyres, tubes, pump Rapha cycle wear and Shimano shoes and wahoo climb and training mat. Good feedback on tyre selection and setting up turbo trainer… had also serviced daughter and sons Colnago’s all running smoothly.

Great bikes and more importantly really great people. The team at Trek Sydney are very approachable and always keen to help. They are everyday riders, not professional racers (sorry boys, I'm sure you could be if you had the time) so they understand the needs of the average person, wether you're a seasoned racer or just looking to ride to work. There's a bike for everyone and all types of riding.

The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Neil was particularly helpful with the exchange process and took the time to help find the perfect helmet. Beven and Marco also played a great role in keeping communication clear and ensuring the entire process ran smoothly. A quick tip (if you are collecting online orders) make sure you call in-store team before you drop to pick up online orders. Really appreciated the team's effort!

I had a perfect experience buying a trek bicycle a couple of weeks ago at Trek Bicycle Turramurra. Amanda is a very patient and nice person and she was not trying to sell the expensive one. What’s more, we have problems with my son’s new bike(A fancy gift from a friend but we couldn’t set it properly by ourselves), and Amanda and his colleague helped us fix it with free of charge. I would definitely recommend Trek Bicycle Turramurra since the service is high quality!
