A Fantastic Experience from Start to Finish – Thank You Trek Camberwell! We are beyond thrilled with our experience at Trek Camberwell and had to share. It all started with a phone call to Rahard, who provided exceptional service and expert advice. Her patience and knowledge were so impressive that we felt compelled to visit the store in person. During our first visit, my son & I explored all the options. Although they didn’t have the exact bike we wanted at the time, we left feeling happy and well-informed. Rahard went above and beyond—even calling other stores in the area to try and locate the model we were after (which, as it turned out, was completely sold out in Vic!). We visited other bike shops afterward, but none came close to matching the customer care we received at Trek Camberwell. Then, about two weeks later, Rahard called us with great news—they had secured a bike to our exact specifications! We rushed down to the store, where Bevan took over. He walked us through every detail of the bike, made perfect adjustments for the rider, and provided all the support and advice we needed. Both Rahard & Bevan were fantastic. At no point did we feel pressured—instead, they made us feel completely comfortable, confident, and well looked after. Well done and thank you to the whole team. We now have one very, very happy young rider! Highly recommended!
