Had my norco bike serviced by Michael done a great job. Had to take back as things had loosened as do after service and new parts... Chain,gears ect. One spoke Had come off went in today after work and Darren fixed tge spoke even though he had finished for tge day. So I could get to work tomorrow. Outstanding service from Raghad, Bevan and Harry at Trek Camberwell.
I currently own four Trek bicycles, and my most recent purchase was for my teenage son from the Camberwell store. From start to finish, the team were extremely friendly, easy-going, informative, and genuinely helpful.
Not only did they look after me on price, they went above and beyond to make sure my son’s bike was perfectly fitted — trimming the handlebars and adjusting the seat at no extra cost. I also had an issue with a Trek bike stand, which they attended to immediately without hesitation.
I honestly can’t rate the team at Trek Camberwell highly enough. This is old-fashioned customer service backed by quality expertise — something you don’t see often these days.
Highly recommended.
