Trek Rouse Hill has a fantastic team, with excellent cycling and product knowledge, however, before I continue with this review, I must point out that this store is always busy (For good reasons).
You may need to wait to be served. When your turn comes, you will get the same level of dedicated, professional service as the person before you, and you will very quickly feel that the wait was worthwhile, so don’t get frustrated or leave because based on my experience you will go back and wait without concern after your first interaction with one of the Trek Rouse Hill team.
I was very fortunate to have met Jack, one of the Trek Rouse Hill team. He made me feel at ease within seconds and his professional, outstanding cycling and product knowledge left me feeling assured and ready to commit to cycling once again. The Trek Team do not try and sell to you, they don’t try and upgrade you and I never felt under pressure to commit. All in all, I spent over a month going through the process and after every interaction with Jack and the team I felt more excited about the journey ahead. They made sure I bought the right bike, fitted it to perfection, chose the right accessories without making me over commit and even rode with me to add additional support.
To put this into perspective, I used to ride competitively, and know enough about cycling to get by, but I was after that extra level of detail to feel assured, and Jack delivered visit after visit. I don’t think I had a question that he could not answer!
Added to this I am not your ordinary customer; I am an above-knee amputee that required Jack to think well outside his normal routine. His calm demeanor and genuine interest in customer service and cycling made me feel like my disability was inconsequential.
Jack was outstanding and a pleasure to deal with, but I must acknowledge the team behind him because they were all part of the process and I am certain that whoever serves you, you will walk away satisfied.
In conclusion I am now the proud owner of a MADONE SL 6 GEN 8, and it is phenomenal, so thank you Trek Rouse Hill, and thank you Jack, you inspired an old disabled man to get back on his bike and I am eternally grateful.
The worst part is I now have no more excuses and have to get on the bike and ride it, not just hang it up on the wall and admire it!!!
Did I mention Jack has proactively followed up and offered to ride with me to get fit again, that’s not only inspirational customer service, its terrifying…..
