Gave a rough run down on styles but given he is only 11 made sure it was suited to him and for growth. Well done ! A fantastic customer service experience. Went in for some cycling shoes for my wife that unfortunately were unavailable in her size. Did, however, emerge with some pink handlebar tape that was shown to me for a laugh, but I liked it so much I bought it. Knowledgeable, friendly staff - Trek seems to have the knack of picking team members who are genuinely interested in bikes.

Great shopping experience, bought a Trek Domane 5 which was on clearance, and looks to be a great road bike with e assistance. Teh staff at the shop, particularly Tatiana were really helpful and knowledgeable and she is clearly a road biker so provided great tips.

I visited Trek Bicycle Camberwell yesterday and had a fantastic experience. I met the manager, Bevan, and his partner, and both were exceptionally warm, positive, and professional. They made me feel genuinely welcome and took a real interest in building a relationship, not just making a sale.
The store itself has a great atmosphere, and the level of customer service and advice was first-class. I felt completely comfortable throughout the visit and left with full confidence in both the team and the shop.
