I recently visited Trek Bicycle Richmond to buy carbon wheels for my new bike, which I had purchased elsewhere. The shop was happy to work on a non-Trek bike and fitted the cassette and brake rotors for me.
When I collected the wheels, mechanic Max also had a quick look at my bike and spotted a few things I had adjusted incorrectly. He fixed them on the spot, without charging me extra, and gave me some excellent bike-maintenance advice that I've now started following after years of doing things the wrong way!
The new carbon wheels are fantastic, but Max's advice was just as valuable and genuinely changed my riding experience.
The other staff were also friendly and helpful, making the whole experience easy and pleasant.

Ive been to Trek store several times for Purchasing a power meter and Servicing.
Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Trek Sydney. I’ve been in a few times now — once for purchasing a power meter and twice for bike servicing, including dropping my stem spacers and changing my cranks.
Every single time, the service team has been incredibly fast, efficient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They get things done properly without any unnecessary fuss, and the turnaround time has been seriously impressive.
Couldn’t be happier with the service. Big thanks to the whole team — highly recommend! ♂️

Great bunch of lads, I came off the street early in the morning after a dreaded puncture and the boys were able to get me going 15 mins later with a new tube. I know they were busy, but getting me on my way and having a friendly chat with was really appreciative!

I would recommend buying a bicycle at Trek Sydney without any reservations. This is a wonderful place to find the ride that works for you. I tested three bikes and each time a highly dedicated and qualified salesperson made thoughtful and helpful recommendations. It was a completely enjoyable experience. It’s my bike shop. Checkpoint SL5, rode it home across the ANZAC bridge.
