As a Sydney cyclist who commutes to work Monday to Friday, finding easy/convenient bike service when you get a puncture or a snapped chain mid week makes a huge difference. The whole team and Trek were incredibly easy to deal with and seem to be happy to keep the store open slightly later to cater for those of us rushing to drop off/collect our bikes after the 5pm rush when work finishes. They were happy for me to leave my bike for a couple nights so I could pick it up on a day which worked best for me and kept me updated with texts to let me know the work was done and an email invoice. To top it off the works I had done were extremely good value. 10/10. Will be going back for all my bike related needs!

천안에서 불당동 트렉은 유명한 곳입니다. 신도시 센터에 있는 자전거 매장은 많은 사람들의 눈길을 사로잡죠. 특히 매장 유리로 보이는 미려한 트렉의 자전거들은 더더욱 그렇습니다. 다만 싼 모델도 좀 광고해주세요. 2000 만원짜리 맨날 걸어두면 뭐합니까 그거 누가 산다고 :)

Very friendly staff who helped me out with a flat tire after riding over some glass. Super quick on a quiet Sunday. They also had some very pretty bikes that I looked out while the mechanic was changing my tire.

I had another bike shop do a poor job of installing bar tape around SRAM Rival D1 AXS shifters on a new build, massive gaps between bar tape and lever hoods using a Zipp Course SL bar. (A known issue with SRAM Rival D1 hoods)
Bevan went above and beyond, spending way more time than what a normal bar tape install would take to get it right. Total gap elimination, excellent work.
Bevan is an absolute professional.
Outstanding service and quality of work.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Darren for fixing my bike at no cost ,my rear brakes were stuck and I couldn't fix it so I went it and asked if they could help.
Thankgod I did as my rear tyre was about to come off and so literally has saved my life .
