Big shoutout to the Trek team at Turramurra, especially George, Mike and Taro. You guys had made the whole experience so much better.
Since the Rouse Hill store is closed, I had to bring my bikes to Turramurra for the service. The team gave me tips and advice since I don’t have a bike rack attached to my car.
I will definitely come back for their service again!

Excellent service provided by the team at Trek Camberwell. Not only they did great job servicing the bike and changing tyres, they also went above and beyond by cleaning grease to make hub louder as alternative to changing the ratchet. Truly awesome team who love bikes.

Trek bikes are cool - I’ve had a great time streamlining and coordinating the efficiency of my trek FX 2 ebike - lightweight enough to still ride manually, like an acoustic bike, but when you combine the battery assist, low, medium even high and how to coordinate your ride with your gearing and cadence I’ve been able to travel on my trek bike up to 75 to 80 km with one charge. I will admit, I rarely use the high assist setting, don’t really need it

Had my norco bike serviced by Michael done a great job. Had to take back as things had loosened as do after service and new parts... Chain,gears ect. One spoke Had come off went in today after work and Darren fixed tge spoke even though he had finished for tge day. So I could get to work tomorrow.
