I’ve only been riding for about 6 weeks since getting my Madone from this Trek store, and the customer service has honestly been exceptional from day one.
A huge thank you to Harry, who looked after me right at the start of the purchase process, and especially Bevan, who has consistently gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely looked after as a new road cyclist. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, always happy to answer my endless questions, and has been such a big help with everything from setup advice to bike fit guidance.
What really stood out was how the team handled a recent bike scare. After a persistent creak had me worried about possible frame damage, Bevan helped fit me back in quickly and made sure the bike was properly checked again. Soroosh, who worked on it, was outstanding — extremely knowledgeable, methodical, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to work through the issue properly, explain what was happening, and ultimately traced it to the rear axle interface, which immediately solved the problem. What could have turned into a really stressful and expensive situation ended up being a simple fix because of the team’s expertise.
Throughout the whole experience, everyone has been friendly, welcoming, and genuinely focused on what’s best for the rider rather than upselling unnecessary work.
Couldn’t recommend this Trek store highly enough — easily some of the best customer service and workshop support I’ve experienced. Looking forward to bringing the bike back for its first full service at the end of the month.
