Took 2 bikes in for service. Technician called to advise that one of the bikes didn't need any work. He could have just done it and charged me. You don't get that much.
The other bike needed work that was done very well using parts available in the store. Quite good prices for both the service and parts.
Work completed very quickly.

I needed a replacement cable on my road bike which is also my main mode of transportation. Another high-end bike shop kept my bike for a day and then said they couldn't help. 사실 처음에는 타 브랜드 제품을 구매하려고 마음먹었었습니다. 트렉 자전거가 다른 브랜드에 비해 가격대가 높다는 점 때문에 망설여졌기 때문인데요. 그래도 그냥 구경이나 해볼 겸 트렉 송도직영점에 들렀는데, 이곳에서 만난 안두현 스텝님의 친절한 응대와 열정적인 설명 덕분에 생각이 완전히 바뀌었습니다.
안 스텝님은 단순히 제품을 설명하는 것을 넘어, 제게 가장 적합한 모델과 활용 방법에 대해 성심껏 알려주셨어요. 처음에는 망설였던 마음이 믿음으로 바뀌게 되었고, 결국 트렉 제품을 선택하게 되었습니다. 구매 후 제품을 인수할 때도 세세하게 사용 방법을 설명해 주시며 정성을 다해 주셨고, 이런 부분들이 신뢰로 이어졌습니다.

I had issues with my bike brakes so went here to get them fixed. The communication was a bit lacking, but the overall outcome of fixing the issue, plus a bunch of other issues (including how my front wheel would bend slightly while breaking) at the same time. Would happily recommend.

Quick. Same day servicing is essential for a commuter. Also very comfortable with me coming back if something doesn’t seem quite right. Also great at providing advice for getting the best out of my wheels.
Bike services in the past from other shops have sometimes given me a guilt trip or even anecdotally complained about other customers having rework done. Trek Sydney has me excited to come back for another service.
I’d love to learn my own bicycle maintenance, but as a busy professional commuter with a family it’s probably not going to happen. You provide a quick and friendly turnaround so keep taking my money!

Was in Sydney looking for a road bike to hire. Approached Stephen in Trek Sydney to ask him for suggestions and the next thing I knew, he had organised a cracking Madone demo bike for me to hire. We arranged a pick up date and when I got the bike he and his team had fitted the bike with pedals for my cycling shoes, two bottle cages, and a Garmin mount. Nothing was too difficult for them. Set me up on a trainer to adjust fit and when I got the bike out, it required no further adjustments. Stephen advised that if I had any issue I was to get in touch immediately to rectify any problems. This reassured me as this was my first experience of cycling in Australia. On the bike return, Stephen and his team were eager to hear how I got on, and happy to learn that I had enjoyed the experience. Would I use Trek again, definitely. The professionalism and knowledge of the staff there was second to none. They saw I had a problem and did their utmost to ensure that they could assist and provide a service which I believe is new to their business. I can only say thanks to Stephen and his team for their help. They come highly recommended.
