I have had the most amazing experience and outstanding customer service from the team at Trek Sydney on Clarence Street. As a female cyclist who hasn't riden for many years I was looking to get back into the sport but the bikes and componentry have changed so much that I was starting my bike acquisition quest with a knowledge base close to zero. From the second I walked in the door (and despite my hundreds of questions), I experienced nothing but absolute respect and kindness from the staff at Trek Sydney, especially from Stephen and Andy whom I have liaised with the most. After seeking advice from Trek Bicycle Williamstown staff, Ollie, Beth and manager Daniel, I purchased my first Dual Sport 2 Stagger Galactic Grey e-bike. Couldn't be happier! I found everything I needed in the store to get me on the road such a Bontrager backrack deluxe small with a bag utility trunk that nicely secures to the backrack, water bottle with matching elite ocean cage, Starvos Wavecel helmet, Trek circuit twin gel gloves, Bontrager elite key folding lock (highly recommended) and bike pump charger. Daniel kindly ordered/fitted a set of Bontrager fenders (mudguards) and kept me up to date of expected delivery. The team are truly professional, go the extra mile to assist you and I can drop in anytime if I have any questions or my e-bike requires adjustment.

The showroom is well laid out, easy to navigate and well stocked. I looked at various brands but the Trek I opted for ticked all the boxes and was competitively priced. I dealt with Andrew who was superb. Despite it being Xmas eve he spent as much time as was required with me to ensure the bike was set up exactly for me and helped me out with some accessories. He was definitely part of the reason Trek got the sale. I won't hesitate to point people in Trek's direction.

Yesterday, I was looking to buy a bicycle for my daughter. Before visiting Trek Rosehill, I stopped by three other stores, with the last one being Bike 99 Castle Hill. Unfortunately, my experience at Bike 99 Castle Hill was disappointing—no one offered any guidance or assistance, and it felt chaotic and unorganized. It left me with a very negative impression.
By chance, I found Trek Rosehill through Google and decided to visit, as I had heard great things about Trek before. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision! A gentleman named Gerdie Libiran provided outstanding service—he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process, offered helpful advice, and even gave me a discount within the store’s policies. His professionalism and warmth truly stood out and turned what had started as a stressful day into a very pleasant experience.
Although my daughter hasn’t used the bike yet, everything looks perfect so far. She’s excited to try it out today, and I plan to share more feedback about the bike’s performance in the future.
I just want to sincerely thank Gerdie and the entire team at Trek Rosehill for their exceptional service. It’s rare to find this level of care and professionalism in retail, and I’m so glad we found this store. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bike.
