Love everything about this store and the staff! Can I particularly call out Jack for the service yesterday. Always warm and friendly, but he remembered my getting the bike a year ago, remembered it was a first service, wasn't phased by my arriving at 11:30 instead of earlier, and was just super warm and helpful. Also the guy at the end (bit of a mohawk haircut) - again, super helpful, helped me adjust the bike height - all good.Now, one more thing you are going to love. I love the "feel/atmosphere/tone" of the store and staff. Even though you are a premium brand, you are not snobby. You don't make inexperienced cyclists like me feel inadequate, and you don't have "attitude" like 99 other stores.Thankyou for being such a wonderful place to go on my biking journey with - I am soo glad I bought a Trek, and that you are my servicing store.
