I would recommend buying a bicycle at Trek Sydney without any reservations. This is a wonderful place to find the ride that works for you. I tested three bikes and each time a highly dedicated and qualified salesperson made thoughtful and helpful recommendations. It was a completely enjoyable experience. It’s my bike shop. Checkpoint SL5, rode it home across the ANZAC bridge.

As a Sydney cyclist who commutes to work Monday to Friday, finding easy/convenient bike service when you get a puncture or a snapped chain mid week makes a huge difference. The whole team and Trek were incredibly easy to deal with and seem to be happy to keep the store open slightly later to cater for those of us rushing to drop off/collect our bikes after the 5pm rush when work finishes. They were happy for me to leave my bike for a couple nights so I could pick it up on a day which worked best for me and kept me updated with texts to let me know the work was done and an email invoice. To top it off the works I had done were extremely good value. 10/10. Will be going back for all my bike related needs!

천안에서 불당동 트렉은 유명한 곳입니다. 신도시 센터에 있는 자전거 매장은 많은 사람들의 눈길을 사로잡죠. 특히 매장 유리로 보이는 미려한 트렉의 자전거들은 더더욱 그렇습니다. 다만 싼 모델도 좀 광고해주세요. 2000 만원짜리 맨날 걸어두면 뭐합니까 그거 누가 산다고 :)

I bought the Trek Marlin last week and went back today to get my bike checked and exchange my helmet due to a size issue. The store team was very helpful with both the things. They fixed my bike, answered all the questions that I had, and the helmet exchange process was super smooth. I also provided some constructive feedback which was taken seriously, which shows that they care. I’m happy with my experience, thanks to Charlie and the team. I would definitely recommend this store if you’re looking to buy a Trek bike :)
