Yesterday, I was looking to buy a bicycle for my daughter. Before visiting Trek Rosehill, I stopped by three other stores, with the last one being Bike 99 Castle Hill. Unfortunately, my experience at Bike 99 Castle Hill was disappointing—no one offered any guidance or assistance, and it felt chaotic and unorganized. It left me with a very negative impression. By chance, I found Trek Rosehill through Google and decided to visit, as I had heard great things about Trek before. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision! A gentleman named Gerdie Libiran provided outstanding service—he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process, offered helpful advice, and even gave me a discount within the store’s policies. His professionalism and warmth truly stood out and turned what had started as a stressful day into a very pleasant experience. Although my daughter hasn’t used the bike yet, everything looks perfect so far. She’s excited to try it out today, and I plan to share more feedback about the bike’s performance in the future. I just want to sincerely thank Gerdie and the entire team at Trek Rosehill for their exceptional service.
