I bought 2 bikes here for my sons. They are worth the money. Not just the bikes which are fantastic quality but the customer service. My son did something to his bike and the team at Trek Clarence St went above and beyond to look after us. Not only did they repair my son’s bike very quickly with a very reasonable fee, they also replaced some parts free of charge. They did not need to do that but they did. I am forever grateful to the team at Trek bikes Clarence Street. Thank you!!

As an absolute beginner cyclist who is entering the world of cycling, I went to a number of bike shops in search of a pair of cycling shoes today. The staff, specifically Jack, at this store was by far the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
He took the time to explain the difference between the types of shoes, the brands, the ones that would be most suitable for me and even encouraged that I try on as many shoes as possible before committing to a purchase.
I'm still in the shopping stage, but when I'm ready to buy, I'll definitely come back to this store.
