Thank you Trek Turramurra. My new bike needed some adjustments but I needed it within 2 days as I’d entered the Snowy Classic. A friendly greeting when I walked in and my bike was placed carefully in a stand. I was listened to and told that the bike would be fixed in time for my upcoming trip to the Snowies. I received a text first thing the next day- it was ready! And it was. A great relief. When I picked it up the mechanic who performed the service explained what was done. I even got a tour of the impressive new workshop area. Very satisfied. Steven

Very very helpful and superb workmanship by Charles !! I called up early morning couple weeks back to see if I could get my Leitner bicycle disk brakes replaced. And I was lucky that Charles was able to slot me in in his very busy schedule to get it done by lunch time. He also kindly adjusted my back brakes which brakes beautifully!! Above and beyond … Trek bicycle techs go above and beyond … Thank you and absolutely highly recommended!! Will be back again 100% !

Was looking for a bike to get my partner into riding. This store by far has the best service, Rachel helped us in getting a size 44 bike for us to test ride and eventually bought.
