We own about 10 Trek bikes now. Everything from the children’s balance bikes & every size up to adult mountain bikes. Our children ride everyday & these bikes have withstood a battering! We have only had to replace tyres, which was easy done. High quality bikes & great service (including sneaking past children for birthday or Christmas gifts). Highly recommend.

The TREK Rouse Hill Team is Fantastic... I dealt with Eamon and Ali and they were just excellent... Eomon spent a lot of time trying to understand what I needed and provided excellent support. The store allowed me to test ride the bike out in open which helped me in making a decision to purchase the Bike....Ali (Store Manager) went above and beyond, and ordered a bike in my size, just for me to test ride. I think that was really special. Ali was also very easy to communicate with ...Hands down, the best bike purchase experiences I have ever had...

Thank you Trek Turramurra. My new bike needed some adjustments but I needed it within 2 days as I’d entered the Snowy Classic. A friendly greeting when I walked in and my bike was placed carefully in a stand. I was listened to and told that the bike would be fixed in time for my upcoming trip to the Snowies. I received a text first thing the next day- it was ready! And it was. A great relief. When I picked it up the mechanic who performed the service explained what was done. I even got a tour of the impressive new workshop area. Very satisfied. Steven
