As an absolute beginner cyclist who is entering the world of cycling, I went to a number of bike shops in search of a pair of cycling shoes today. The staff, specifically Jack, at this store was by far the most professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the difference between the types of shoes, the brands, the ones that would be most suitable for me and even encouraged that I try on as many shoes as possible before committing to a purchase. I'm still in the shopping stage, but when I'm ready to buy, I'll definitely come back to this store.
