As a new rider with little knowledge about bikes and their upkeep, I've had three great experiences with different team members. Each time, they were incredibly patient with my newbie questions and concerns.
Today, I walked in with my bike, and even though I hadn’t booked a service, they happily assisted me. They checked my bike and took the time to show me how to check various components myself.
Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference!
