Mic was excellent last evening. We arrived at 5.25pm to buy a bike for my son(thanks to peak hour traffic on Windsor road). He stayed little longer, served us by answering all our queries and selling the bike as well. Very good product and service!!

Excellent service and very friendly staff who go beyond the call of duty when servicing my Trek bike. The staff remember you by name and are very understanding, especially after I was unable to ride my bike for almost a year due to a foot injury. Tatiami kindly extended my warranty service for 18 months, and when I had rotor issues, Warren and his team fixed the bent rotor on the spot and showed me how to remove the wheels.
