자전거도 품질이 우수하고 좋지만, 분당점 직원 분들은 너무 친절하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 매장도 쾌적하고요. 오죽하면 저희 아들이 " 거긴 사람들이 왜 이렇게 친절할까?" 라고 물을 정도입니다. 전 아이한테 "우선 자전거가 품질이 좋고 우수하고, 그 품질로 인해 고객들이 좋아하니 자부심이 생기고, 본인이 하는 일에 자신감과 기쁨이 생기기에 자연스럽게 친절해지는게 아닐까" 라고 답했습니다. 서로 좋은 인연 계속 이어가길 바랍니다 ^^

Besides amazing bikes- the service omg! Incredible service. Everything from describing what accessories would be more suitable, to putting them all on the bike (handles, water cage, mud guard) to helping us find a spot to park close to the city store, to putting the bike onto the car- this made buying this bike for my sons birthday- the best present I have ever bought him. I would recommend Trek (especially Clarence St store) to everyone. They went above and beyond- EXCELLENT value and EXCELLENT service!

as a first time road bike rider, I had requested a pre-purchased inspection from the team at Williamstown store, and they had done an excellent job to reinsure me of the bike, which I ended up purchasing. While at the store, David had been extremely helpful and kind enough to assist me with the process to select the riding wear and protections. David's service was extremely friendly and helpful, I would highly recommended the store and staff for its excellence and professional services.
