I went in to replace my bike's foot pedals and the kind gentleman pointed me to the right direction. He also compared the pedals, the prices and the features. Because of Trek's EOFY sale, I got a great deal and he also kindly replaced my damaged pedals with the new ones I bought, free of charge, all with a smile! For someone who has all the gear and no idea..Trek Richmond is a safe pair of hands to do all my custom builds, bike servicing and friendly advice ( even if I ride a giant not a trek)...they even have cheaper than online nutrition! would recommend,

Went in as my back tire had a puncture while out with my son.
They checked the wheel, frame and put the new inner tube in with no extra charge.
While we waited the other staff member even offered to give my 4yr Olds bike a check over and tightened a few parts up.
Great friendly service.

Great service!! We purchase & fully paid for the bike in March & they held it for us till mid June as we had nowhere to hide it in our home, it was a birthday present for our daughter. When we picked it up they mentioned that other customers had seen it & wanted to buy it, even offering more money for it (as it was a colour no longer made) & they refused, which we greatly appreciated great integrity & honesty, thank you
