Trek it turns out will service any bike brand. As a central Sydney worker, it was super easy to drop my bike off and the service done on the same day. I liked that I could leave my helmet, get changed and they also did a great job. Felt like a new bike on the way home. The Freddo Frog on the handlebars on collection was a nice touch.

Whenever I walk into Trek Bicycle Rouse Hill, Ali, Eamon, Pete, Chris and the rest of the crew always extend a warm welcome for a chat to talk anything about bikes. They strive to provide the best customer experience possible. The team spend a lot of time understanding their customers' goals and wants in order to make the best possible bike recommendation - not just to make a quick sale. Exceptional customer service recieved from Jack, from the very first inquiry, through to picking up the bike. He was passionate, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. He kept me well informed at every stage of the process, having chased down the Top Fuel bike my son wanted at another store and getting it shipped to Syd. Trek bikes are that good, I would imagine they sell themselves, Jack made it that much more enjoyble for me and especially my teenage son. Have long believed that customer service was not what it use to be, Jack has proved me wrong, at Clarenece Street Cycles anyway!
