Getting a flat on the Bridge isn't ideal. But a short walk to Trek and I was immediately sorted. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, even loaning me an allen key to tighten my saddle.
Didn't end there, either. They also fitted the new inner tube and pumped the tyre.
Prices were extremely reasonable, especially given the upmarket range of bicycles.
Super impressed by the store layout. If I had a couple of hours I'd love to wander through dreaming.

I discovered the hard way during the 2024 ‘Go For Broke’ charity ride thanks to a flat tyre that my bike (not Trek) which I purchased online was specified new with tube tyres on tubeless rims. Fortunately Charlie New from Trek Sydney was dedicating his Saturday to helping out with the ride on the day. Lots of others were scratching their heads wondering what to do when the tyre finally came off the rim though when Charlie arrived on the scene he was able to conceptualise and trial several experiments to get me back on the road. I’m so grateful to Charlie for his skills, his creative problem solving, and his intelligent approach. What a great testament he is to the people who represent Trek. Thank you Charlie. thank you Trek!

We purchased our son’s bike for his 4th Birthday from the Williamstown store. Daniel helped us pick the perfect bike for our nervous little rider. He is now doing ‘skids with smoke’ down our street. I couldn’t recommend a Trek bike, the Willy store or Daniel & his expertise enough.
