My son and I visited the Sydney store recently for the first free level 1 service on his Slash 9.8XT. The service check in was very thorough and actively sought my son’s feedback as to what might require attention. We then of course went to have a look at the new slash XT. The sales assistant remembered my son and even my name - they are clearly passionate and engaged in their work. My son’s bike was thoroughly cleaned and all items attended too - one very happy boy.

Not only did he help me select a bike that was perfect for my needs, but his after-sales service was exceptional. Ali went above and beyond by conducting a video chat to guide me through fixing a tyre issue properly. This level of personalized customer service is rare and appreciated.
