I was buying my first road bike and a friend advised to go into TREK which was convenient with the Rouse Hill store being so close. Joshua and Aimen and all staff were excellent, recommending multiple levels of bikes and also allowing trial rides across 2 weekends. Unfortunately, I wasnt prepared to spend $5,000 on my first road bike, but all of the advice and considerations given allowed me to buy a 2nd hand road bike. I will buy a new TREK bike in the future and also use the local store for servicing, accessories and other products as the customer service and attention given was exemplary
