I was after a bike that was in stock online but not in the store. Contacted the store to check if it's possible to order in store as I was reluctant to purchase online. The staff was very helpful with ordering the bike. I have a spine injury so needed my bike's handlebar higher . The staff went above and beyond to find a solution. Great smooth experience very helpful,knowledgeable and pleasant people. Great place to buy a bike!

Friendly staff, fixed my tyre, having the right tyre and tube for my older bike. I had a lovely conversation with the technician, who quickly fixed my bike for me and got me back on the road.

Mic was excellent last evening. We arrived at 5.25pm to buy a bike for my son(thanks to peak hour traffic on Windsor road). He stayed little longer, served us by answering all our queries and selling the bike as well. Very good product and service!!
