Lovely shop. Jackson was very nice to chat with -- knowledgeable and friendly. Didn't feel any pressure to buy... just well-informed to make a good decision. Ended up scouting a helmet as a xmas gift. Will return when it's time to buy a gravel bike!

Amanda was wonderful with my family. She attended us as soon as we walked in. Fitted my son with a helmet we requested. Gave a rough run down on styles but given he is only 11 made sure it was suited to him and for growth. Well done ! A fantastic customer service experience. A bright well planned store and everything at your fingertips. I didn’t mind spending the extra for outstanding care and attention.

Went in for some cycling shoes for my wife that unfortunately were unavailable in her size. Did, however, emerge with some pink handlebar tape that was shown to me for a laugh, but I liked it so much I bought it. Knowledgeable, friendly staff - Trek seems to have the knack of picking team members who are genuinely interested in bikes.

Great shopping experience, bought a Trek Domane 5 which was on clearance, and looks to be a great road bike with e assistance. Teh staff at the shop, particularly Tatiana were really helpful and knowledgeable and she is clearly a road biker so provided great tips.
