This is a genuine cycling store. They actually care that you enjoy the ride and give clear information for all levels of cyclists. They don't make you feel stupid for any questions like some of the stores do. Nor is there someone judging you on appearance or treating you like they are too good to talk to you, like a number of other bike stores in Melbourne. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Great people, who just have a passion for cycling and want you to have the same. Definitely go there

Honestly so diligent, puts the customer first , does what he says he will do , with absolute attention to the detail. Great service. Even though my bike was not purchased there, they warrantied the front gears with a replacement and didn’t even charge me labour. The gears now work perfectly, great service, thanks. Will definitely recommend and be back.
