Today, I walked in with my bike, and even though I hadn’t booked a service, they happily assisted me. They checked my bike and took the time to show me how to check various components myself.
Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference!

Can't recommend these guys highly enough. I travel into the Sydney CBD especially because of the quality of service. I totally trust Charlie the head of service. His advice has always been spot on and he never oversells or over services. I recently had a close encounter with a bus which damaged my bike and Charlie guided me through repairs or replacement. He and Justin the manager went way beyond to get me onto a replacement bike. They sourced a bike and parts throughout the Australian Trek network to get me up and going. It's a lesson on why you should buy from a shop not online. In my experience it's rare to get a high standard of service and a relationship you can trust with a bike shop which are critical in bike ownership. You won't do better than Trek Bikes Sydney.
