Although im a huge Trek fan, I am pretty sure I can say this is a very very very amazing bicycle store. I swear to god this trek store will be the only bike store I will visit in sydney.
First off, this store is massive, there are many road bikes on the lower floor and many hybrid and mountain bikes on the ground floor. I am confident to say that price of accessories and bikes here is cheaper than those in Hong Kong and China.
Secondly, staff here is friendly and helpful, especially Stephen, Nicholas and Ali. I can order parts or accessories even they are not in stock in store. They also gave me invaluable advice on my positioning on the bike. These helped me achieve not only aero positioning but also comfort!
I would totally recommend Trek for my friends!

Trek Wollongong is a great bike store - and I have visited many! I appreciate their approach to servicing the bikes - clear explanations of issues and an approach that seeks to do what’s actually required vs just working through a list. Always good follow up throughout the process with options well discussed and clarified before going ahead. Excellent service on my Domane and they have finally solved the problem I had with my rear brake! Good range of products in store and always friendly and professional approach from all staff!

My original review: Very professional and knowledgeable staff here. Bought a few things and they only sell quality stuff. Also got my (non-Trek) bike serviced here and they did a great job with it. Feels like a new bike and it's fun to ride again.
My more recent review: Unfortunately my previous bike got stolen (I hope there's a special place in hell for people who steal bikes). So I went back to the good folk at Trek Sydney and picked up a gorgeous 2024 Dual Sport 3 Gen 5. Great bike. The service from the guys in the store was excellent and they were very helpful. They very kindly offered a discount on the bike, and generously included some accessories with it. When I was shopping for this new bike I visited a few other bike stores, but I felt that the selection of bikes at Trek was more what I was after, and the advice from the staff seemed sensible, knowledgeable and not pushy. The DS3 seems very well designed and made, has the latest quality Shimano CUES gear, and I think offered good value for money.
I would recommend them if you're bike shopping!
