Exceptional customer service recieved from Jack, from the very first inquiry, through to picking up the bike. He was passionate, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. He kept me well informed at every stage of the process, having chased down the Top Fuel bike my son wanted at another store and getting it shipped to Syd. Trek bikes are that good, I would imagine they sell themselves, Jack made it that much more enjoyble for me and especially my teenage son. Have long believed that customer service was not what it use to be, Jack has proved me wrong, at Clarenece Street Cycles anyway!
