My son and I visited the Sydney store recently for the first free level 1 service on his Slash 9.8XT. The service check in was very thorough and actively sought my son’s feedback as to what might require attention. We then of course went to have a look at the new slash XT. The sales assistant remembered my son and even my name - they are clearly passionate and engaged in their work. My son’s bike was thoroughly cleaned and all items attended too - one very happy boy.

I recently visited Trek Rouse Hill and had the pleasure of being assisted by Ali. His expertise and enthusiasm made the daunting task of choosing the right bike incredibly easy. Not only did he help me select a bike that was perfect for my needs, but his after-sales service was exceptional. Ali went above and beyond by conducting a video chat to guide me through fixing a tyre issue properly. This level of personalized customer service is rare and appreciated. Highly recommend visiting Ali at Trek Rouse Hill if you're in the market for a bike and exceptional service!

Although im a huge Trek fan, I am pretty sure I can say this is a very very very amazing bicycle store. I swear to god this trek store will be the only bike store I will visit in sydney.
First off, this store is massive, there are many road bikes on the lower floor and many hybrid and mountain bikes on the ground floor. I am confident to say that price of accessories and bikes here is cheaper than those in Hong Kong and China.
Secondly, staff here is friendly and helpful, especially Stephen, Nicholas and Ali. I can order parts or accessories even they are not in stock in store. They also gave me invaluable advice on my positioning on the bike. These helped me achieve not only aero positioning but also comfort!
I would totally recommend Trek for my friends!
