Jack at Trek Sydney store was a pleasure to connect with. Jack ascertained quickly the Émonda was the bike for us and recommended the SL7, organised test rides and we were sold! The purchase process and delivery were super easy and every question or request we had was promptly addressed by Jack. This is our second Trek bike and like the quality of the components and the "Trek look" really appeal to us. We feel Trek offers excellent value and delivers on specs and tech.
