Great experience all around. Steve was great in helping me choose a road bike - he listened to what I was looking for and recommended a bike that was suitable for my needs, even if it had to be shipped from another store! The new old stock Emonda was not only a great bike recommendation, it also saved me quite a bit of money compared to the new season offerings.
The bike has been great and the aftercare even better, and I got great help from Aaron with some minor adjustments to the rear derailleur.
Trek Wollongong is definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for great bikes and great bike advice!

The in-store knowledge on the different bike and component options for my needs was excellent. This is my third Trek bike purchased from Trek Bicycle Sydney, the offer of a 10% discount was appreciated as the cost of repairing my existing bike was half the cost of a new one. They also moved some additional components and tires for my old bike to the new one as a value-add.
