I'm a bit late with this review. Been having too much fun riding. I purchased my new bike before Easter this year. I've been riding my entire life and dealt with many bike shops over the last 30 years. Brad and his team are terrific and the service I receive is outstanding. The new bike fit was measured perfectly, delivered early, as quoted and with all requested additional parts. I knew what I wanted and they delivered. Sometimes online stores just can't deliver. Some shops also don't measure up. Turramurra Cyclery had the answers I needed, a great range of bikes and trustworthy staff who are simply nice people. Thanks Brad and team.

We were visiting Sydney during our travels in Australia from Canada, when we spotted the Trek Sydney store across the street. Being Trek owners and riders we had to go in. Owen and the team were so friendly and accommodating. It was great to chat about biking in Australia and across the world. I would 100% visit again and if we lived in Sydney we would definitely buy our bikes from this store!

I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Charlie North of Trek Bike Turramurra. His customer service is second to none. He is patient, honest as well as helpful in my purchase of a Trek bicycle. I am what you called a problematic customer, riddled with back and knee injuries and my reach and height played a difficult part in size selection. Charles have been so accommodating to my needs. He puts in long hours (after office hour)to calculate the right mixed of measurements for my saddle and handle height plus reach. I subsequently cancelled my order with Giant and bought the Trek bike and i didn't mind the 2 months wait.

I bought my first road bike (Emonda ALR 5) here and can highly recommend Trek Sydney. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, all being cyclists themselves. The bike and gear choices are impressive; the shop also offers bike service and fitting. Trek Sydney has many options to suit your needs, whether you're after an expensive aero machine, or a more budget entry-level road bike.

Excellent customer service from both Eamon and Alex. Friendly and helpful and engaging with my 13 year old who was the one looking for new bike. They let him test ride it and made him comfortable to do so and answered all the questions he had. Highly recommended.
