as a first time road bike rider, I had requested a pre-purchased inspection from the team at Williamstown store, and they had done an excellent job to reinsure me of the bike, which I ended up purchasing. While at the store, David had been extremely helpful and kind enough to assist me with the process to select the riding wear and protections. David's service was extremely friendly and helpful, I would highly recommended the store and staff for its excellence and professional services.

The gentlemen here have outstanding service, are very approachable and fixed my bike quicker than expected. They helped me get it out of my car, made a special effort to pop my seat back to the right height on pick up and are all very professional. I would highly recommend.

I have a 25 year old Trek mountain bike well maintained but getting a bit short in the tooth particularly on the front gear cogs. Changing from 2nd to 3rd sometimes resulted in the chain slipping off and jamming the pedals - not good when cleated in. Turramurra TREK did a fantastic job replacing the front gear cogs and the gear changes are now smooth and less adrenaline fuelled. Very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
