멋진 디자인과 견고함이 우선 마음에 들었고, 입문용이라 그리 비싸지 않은 가격대의 자전거 지만, 친절히 안내해준 직원들에게도 감사하다...

Pop in to grab a handlebar, in which they don’t have one in stock, but Richard Made me feel welcome, and offered to get it in for me from the warehouse.
Purchased other things i need whilst i was there just because of how lovely my experience was. The staff at The Prahran, camberwell, and Qv store are always top notch, and happy to help however they can.

David, Troy and the team at Trek Bicycle Shellharbour are super people to do business with; nothing is too much trouble and they go the extra mile to source components to get the job done. Recently, I took a family member's bike in for a service after it hadn't been ridden in 'awhile.' The result is fantastic and we're looking forward to hitting the trails again after a long lay-off. I had a rattle in my bike and saw that a screw or bolt was missing that should attach my rack to the frame. I went into Trek Bikes, and asked if they might be able to replace the screw. The man was very helpful and replaced the bolt free of charge, and secured the rack to the frame. Excellent service! Thanks!
