Very good, they fixed and serviced my reid granite and Giant TCR and even helped put my bike light attachments in easier to attach places. The mechanics here have attention to detail even if they aren't working on trek bikes. keep up the great work, I'll be back for the yearly service or next upgrade, cheers.

We approached Trek Bicycle to sort out a flat tyre. Faizal approached us with a total customer centric mindset and agreed to help us. They were about to close the shop but still agreed to help us. They are quite different from other shops for sure!
When I informed about the issue with the gear, to my surprise, Faizal gave a Quick Look at the issue and tuned it perfectly. That undoubtedly shows his expertise in dealing with a complex issue as well as willingness to help the customer at hand!
Throughout the time, we had a good chat about cycles and the iterations it went over the year. I would recommend this shop to anyone and wouldn’t think twice if I ever need a bike or servicing.
