I recently bought a new Checkpoint ALR 5 from Trek Richmond on Sat 22nd and i really enjoyed the buying experience. Just a tremendous experience being looked after by Emme and Soroosh through the process of learning, evaluating and selecting the right road bike and accessories for my particular circumstances.
Over multiple days and many hours they took the time and care to understand my needs and tailor a cycling solution to leave me with enormous confidence in the decisions made and gratitude for the experience. Not to mention their willingness to assist and support me/the bike post acquisition.

A few weeks ago I went to Trek Rouse Hill to get my bike checked that I brought from Germany. May I please outline the absolute helpful and friendly staff that welcomed me to the store. They did a very good job in explaining everything properly and understandable to me (as I am still learning the vocabulary that is bike related), they did the inspection in a timely manner and the price was reasonable, as I think good work should be paid good. I highly recommend these guys.

Even though I just walked in to buy a new tyre, I felt I was treated like I was about to spend thousands. The staff gave me plenty of time and showed me around their amazing showroom.
The bikes were amazing, and lots of accessories were on the shelf to pick up. Such a broad range of bikes, including e-bikes and gravel bikes.
Definitely recommend a visit. If you work in town, you can get your spare parts quicker and save on shipping costs. If you're looking for a new bike, these guys are keen to help.
