Walked in on Sat arvo to purchase a Trek Rail 7 Gen 3. James was an absolute legend and helped me through the purchase, answered a bunch of questions and sent me out to test ride around the block.
It was a very busy arvo and between James and another staff member, they were dealing with 6-8 other sets of customers who each needed different things. Despite this James was never flustered and got around to each person as quickly as he could. I've worked in retail before and know how hard it is sometimes so wanted to take a moment to recognise he's a great asset to the Trek Sydney City team. Give that guy a beer!
