One of the best customer service i have received in many years. I don't leave reviews that often but the service, knowledge and kindness of the staff at Trek Sydney deserve an excellent one.
I need to mention one of their staff members named James, who helped me and left no stones unturned deciding the right bike for me. I was not an easy customer to be honest but the patience, dedication and generosity showed by James was exceptional. He is a true gentleman and passionate about customer experience. 트렉 서초점은 도둑입니다. 마음에도 없던 추가구매를 하게 만듭니다. 엄하준 사원이 저의 자전거를 출고해주었는데 본인의 자전거처럼 신중하고 친절하게 응대해주었습니다. 자전 거에 대해 아무것도 모르는 저는 조금 더 비싸더라도 확실한 걸 좋아하는데요. 트렉의 보증 프로그램이 그러하더라구요.
그래서 악세서리를 트렉에서 안살 이유가 없었습니다. 엄하 준 사원은 자사를 자신있게 추천하며 타사와 비교해보라고 엄포를 놓았고, 쿠팡과 비교해보고 사라고 했습니다. 비교 결 과 본트래거의 애프터마켓이 얼마나 합리적인지 알게 되었습 니다. 사실 전날에 와이프는 트랙 강남점에서 자전거 출고를 받았지만 급하게 사용해야할 자물쇠 이외에는 추가구매를 하 지않았습니다. 구매해야할 필요를 몰랐습니다. 그런데 조명, 안전도구, 페달, 수분섭취에 대한 친절한 설명을 엄하준 사원 을 통해 듣고 와이프꺼까지 전부 구매했습니다. 속도계까지 추가구매하려고 합니다. 물론 타사보다 비싸지만 확실하니깐 요!

So far we bought 3 Bikes from Trek Springvale and we are on the verge of buying another one. We find the staff very knowledgeable and friendly, ready to spend time to answer any queries. Last time, I interacted with David who patiently listened to my requirements and suggested right products that I should consider. Unlike other shops, there is no push here to buy stuff. Overall very good experience.
