I purchased an e-MTB from Trek Rouse Hill about 10 months ago. I have been a mountain biker for about 25 years, however it was my first ever purchase of a Trek bike, and my first e-bike.
As with brand new product releases and complex technologies and designs, there have been numerous teething issues with the bike - but I was prepared for this as it is par for the course. However the post-sales service of Trek Rouse Hill has been very good. They have really shown their commitment to customer satisfaction and have been really good and decent people to deal with. So kudos on keeping up the good reputation Trek has.
I would not hesitate in buying again or having my bike service done by Trek Rouse Hill.
