I recently took my bike for a service prior to doing the Convict 100. I had left it a bit late but the staff ensured it was done in plenty of time for the event. The team always are helpful and friendly and fast in servicing your bike.

I got caught short during a ride with a mechanical problem late on a Saturday afternoon. A quick visit to Trek at Rouse Hill got me back underway with minimum fuss and had me sorted for my Sunday morning bunch ride. Hats off to the boys who got me rolling really quickly and expertly. Had an emergency breakdown and had to walk all the way to this shop and they did not disappoint. They dropped everything and fixed my crank for free that had come loose. Really appreciate the help and I’ll be back one of these days to look at a new road bike for sure!

Excellent service both buying a new Fuel Ex last year, but also servicing my Giant e-bike. Eamon consistently does a fantastic job with customer service and he suggested a solution to an ongoing braking problem. Emily, the bike mechanic did an excellent job replacing the parts - swift and clean repair. Can't recommend these guys enough. They make you feel like part of their family. I took my bike in with a snapped off derailleur on Easter Saturday afternoon, not expecting my bike to be fixed for a couple of weeks. Luckily a hanger was found in stock and the lovely mechanic fixed my bike on the spot.
