Recently bought the Madone Gen8 SL5. The bike is a work of art itself, and is finished to the finest detail even where you wouldn’t look. No cost cutting whatsoever. But the real praise should be given to the two legends who helped me throughout the buying process: Andrew and Stephen. They were always very quick to get back to my queries. The test ride that I was allowed to take was a proper test ride, not some 100 m lap with someone in the door watching me. All my questions were answered very clearly and knowledgeably. When I told them that I’m looking for a new bike as I was sold an oversized bike previously by some other dealer (not a Trek bike or dealer), I was given a generous discount! They were very considerate of the fact that I am a student who had saved up a lot to get the bike - all of this means really a lot! I highly recommend visiting them for your next bike. I will definitely be buying all my bike needs from them.
