Betr Health is the only eating plan that I've EVER been able to follow or stick with. It's learning how to eat healthier without being hungry or miserable! I've lost 20 lbs in the last 3 weeks just being mindful of what I put in my mouth. The recipes are creative and taste great, and I can purchase those exact same meals from Betr Health online to keep on hand if I'm too busy to cook. The coaching staff are real people who listen to you and offer realistic advice and tips. And, I no longer crave sugar or sweets like before. That has been huge for me. And the best part is that I am sleeping better, have way more energy, and my mind is clearer. This is something I know I can stick with for life. And it doesn't mean I can't have all those yummy things in the future if I choose. It's just that the intense craving for those things is gone!
