This program is wonderful. I’m 10 days in, have lost 7 lbs and I feel great ! I love the level 1 foods and recipes. I haven’t had ant cravings and was easily able to resist all the Halloween treats that I faced everywhere I went !! I don’t think of this program this as a diet but clean eating. I like the fact there is no calorie counting or serving measuring! Having a coach is great to help me stay accountable, however I know This is a plan I can stay with long term !

I am very pleased with the Betr Health program. I am 1/3 of the way through and I’ve lost 15 lbs. I am wearing clothes that I haven’t worn in years. Not only have I lost weight but the inches are falling off. This time last year I was very sick with gastritis and after some biopsies of my esophagus I was miserable and taking Protonix daily for reflux. A week into the Betr program my reflux was gone and I can even have pumpkin spice coffee. I am eager to start level 2 and so happy to be off medication. Now on to the alteration shop to take in my pants.

Well this program gets you to think about what goes in your mouth that’s for sure and gets you to make better choices and to think about your body and how you feel ..Gives you the big picture about food that’s not good for you makes you really think about what sugar and processed food does to your body and mind.

Betr health is so much more than weight loss-that’s just the bonus! The way it makes you feel is key! Eating to nourish your body and not to satisfy your mind is so easy with this plan. The coaches are supportive and informative every step of the way!

I start week 2 of the program today. I can’t submit a review for the whole program, but I can definitely rate my 1st week. Week 1 was great. I feel supported by my coach, can rely on the amazing community chat for inspiration and answers to my questions, and know that I am learning eating habits that could last a lifetime. I feel really optimistic about reaching my goals.

Can't believe how much Betr Health has become part of my life! Since I joined at the end of September I have shared my positive results with my family & friends. At first glance not only did I not believe in myself, but looking at the food lists, water intake, and prepping/storing all the foods, I was full of anxiety that I would fail. Think of it . . .for years & years eating meals that you are comfortable with cooking, foods you had already known how to prepare in different recipes. And although not losing weight . . .I was comfortable cause I was not gaining any either. I thought I was content until certain health issues started creeping up on me. The soft start on this program gave me a chance to see how I would approach the food lists without cheating, how I would coordinate all the water intake with all the clockwatching, picture taking with all the prep work, and whether or not my energy would go up and the scale would go down. My coach, Dr.. Ferro, and all the community support & articles/recordings on the App is icing on the cake! YES! YES! YES! And as I started to trust myself more, I started to be happy to weigh in, to try new recipes, to strap on my fitbit every morning. My energy is thru the roof! My doctor is happy about my blood pressure, weight, and BMI all decreasing into significant numbers. Thank you Betr Health! You have made a true believer out of me.

The program works. I lost 29 pounds in the first month, granted my job keeps me active. Just follow the guidelines, lose the weight and best of all feel Betr!
