I am pleasantly surprised with the Betr Health program. At first I was skeptical and thought it was kind of cult-y! But even if you don’t fully buy in, if you still commit and give it a try you will see results. I’ve lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks (and it’s not just water weight - I had lost 5 before the program started, and I’ve already hit and progressed past my first plateau) and the scale is still moving in the right direction. I get compliments from people who know me and know how much I’ve changed already. But I’m not scared that I’m losing weight too fast, even though I laugh at the fad diets that make the same promises on magazine covers. I’m eating plenty of food, I’m not hungry throughout the day, Betr just works. If you have a history of disordered eating, be a little cautious, as the first “level” of the program is very restrictive — there is a short list of food that is on their plan. You are encouraged to eat frequently and in large quantity, but if you have that history, you may want to think carefully before joining the program. If you’re on the fence, I really suggest just giving it a try. You don’t have anything to lose except bad habits - even if you don’t come away from this having lost 12 lbs in two weeks or whatever, you will have gained healthy eating habits and taste buds accustomed to whole foods instead of processed junk, and that’s worth just as much as the weight.

At the beginning I thought that the Betr Health program would be another "I will starve myself diet." But that hasn't been the case. The program has helped me to learn disciplined healthy eating and it has helped to crush cravings at vulnerable times of the day. I have lost over 13 pounds in a little over 2 weeks. It's exciting to wake up after a good sleep and to weigh in knowing I'am daily moving toward my weight goal. Some days I do not lose as much as others,but i have found Betr Health to be a great benefit and I know I'm on track and will lose the weight and learn to maintain it through this great program. The Coaching and Resources give me the much needed support to keep me going.

I have tried just about every diet known to man, but Betr, really is better! Im just into week three and am down just a little over 10 lbs. I am enjoying the foods, the energy, words of wisdom and encouragement from my coach, and a positive and supportive community.

BETR is an excellent change in eating habits that gives immediate results. The recipes are simple, with many ingredients we already ate although in different combinations. I love that each bite of food I eat is GOOD for me when I follow the routine. I know that at anytime I am hungry, I can either add larger portions at my next meal or choose a healthy snack. BETR has taught me so much about nutritional values of foods. The support provided is fantastic, encouraging, and inspiring. I lost weight before even officially starting the program by trying out recipes and routines the week before. I am so grateful to have this opportunity to manage my own health in a BETR way!

This program is amazing! I had pretty much lost hope after a number of failed diets. I'm in Level 1, week 3 and I'm down 13 lb's. The food is delicious and easy to prepare. If you don't like to cook they have a meal delivery service as well. This program works!!

Yes, this plan is a real change from the way most of us eat. The advantages are real. Here’s how I approach this plan: Level One - I followed as recommended. If there was an event where it would be difficult to follow the plan, I packet my meal(s) and brought them along. You can’t stop doing the things you enjoy doing, you just need to modify where you can. Now I’m on Level Two. More variety. If O go out to dinner, I review the menu and find what fits with this program. Many restaurants accommodate dietary requests so you can enjoy the social and eating aspect of going out to dinner. It just takes a bit of thought and planning. This plan can be as flexible or restrictive as you make it. Be creative!

I highly recommend Betr Health! I officially started with Betr Health 9/13 and lost 7 lbs in 7 days but I did a soft start 2 weeks before my official start date following the Level 1 Baseline Foods and lost 9 lbs, so now I lost total of 16 lbs😊 Losing weight is just a bonus for me, my main goal is to be completely taking off my blood pressure medication and stay healthy! In just few weeks, I can definitely tell the difference! I sleep better, have more energy and no more body aches. Thanks to Coach Sally, she’s awesome and my great support! Betr Health is amazing program and definitely life changing!

This is been a great program… And I have tried a few. Not only did I lose 12 pounds in 25 days, my blood pressure is the lowest it’s been in a very long time. Hoping I can discontinue my medication. I will be checking my cholesterol levels next week… But expect good news. I love the combination of one on one, group and a program you can explore on your own. I have recommended the program to several of my friends and colleagues.

I recently had a knee replacement and while my healing was standard per my doctor, I was a little impatient with my progress. The diet changes and weight loss (9% of my body weight in 3 weeks!) has reduced my inflammation and sped up my healing process. This is the lifestyle change I've been looking for and I expect to meet my long term goals as a result!

Who would have thought you can lose weight and feel better without counting calories and reducing portion size to the point that you feel hungry all the time. I am 64 years old and after trying to lose weight many times I just figured I was too old because I felt old for the first time in my life. Lol. That was my excuse. I really didn’t believed it would work and wouldn’t have tried it, but my insurance company offered this plan and my husband and I decided to try it because it was more then just weight loss. It focuses on total health. We we just ended our official 1st week, but we started a week early with a soft start. So in two weeks, I am down 9 lbs and feeling great. I have not been hungry once, and my cravings are totally gone. REALLY! I have been tracking my sleep for over a year and never got enough deep sleep. Now I have tons of deep sleep. My blood pressure has already come down. I know this sounds unbelievable but I promise you that everything I have told you is the truth. I am so grateful I joined this program and my husband feels the same way.
