This is been a great program… And I have tried a few. Not only did I lose 12 pounds in 25 days, my blood pressure is the lowest it’s been in a very long time. Hoping I can discontinue my medication. I will be checking my cholesterol levels next week… But expect good news. I love the combination of one on one, group and a program you can explore on your own. I have recommended the program to several of my friends and colleagues.

I recently had a knee replacement and while my healing was standard per my doctor, I was a little impatient with my progress. The diet changes and weight loss (9% of my body weight in 3 weeks!) has reduced my inflammation and sped up my healing process. This is the lifestyle change I've been looking for and I expect to meet my long term goals as a result!

Who would have thought you can lose weight and feel better without counting calories and reducing portion size to the point that you feel hungry all the time. I am 64 years old and after trying to lose weight many times I just figured I was too old because I felt old for the first time in my life. Lol. That was my excuse. I really didn’t believed it would work and wouldn’t have tried it, but my insurance company offered this plan and my husband and I decided to try it because it was more then just weight loss. It focuses on total health. We we just ended our official 1st week, but we started a week early with a soft start. So in two weeks, I am down 9 lbs and feeling great. I have not been hungry once, and my cravings are totally gone. REALLY! I have been tracking my sleep for over a year and never got enough deep sleep. Now I have tons of deep sleep. My blood pressure has already come down. I know this sounds unbelievable but I promise you that everything I have told you is the truth. I am so grateful I joined this program and my husband feels the same way.

I love this program, the foods are real I I don’t feel like I’m being deprived at all. I’ve had great success losing 16 lbs in my third week and this motivates me to stay the course. The support from the team is great and Coach Lisa has been there every step with great tips and lots of encouragement, this is the difference that sets Betr Health apart. You have to do the work and stick to the schedule, if you do your life will be transformed.

Even though I only officially started the Betr Health program 10 days ago I can hardly believe how quickly measurable, positive changes are happening to me, inside and out. I have lost over 5% of my body weight and can actually feel my waist! But my primary reason for starting the program was my chronic IBS was so out of control I had daily abdominal pain and very poor digestion. I can say that my symptoms have improved by 75%! What a blessing. And at 60 I doubted I would ever have my energy level back, but I do and even in the evenings. My arthritis in my hands is much better as well. Initially I was waiting for the rebound of my symptoms but it never happens as long as I stick to the simple guidelines. I’m a nurse so I can see that all the science is sound and makes perfect sense!

I like it so far. It gave me a baseline of food I can eat and I just figured out which food I enjoy eating while maintaining my gut health. I’ve lost 5 pounds while eating healthy delicious food. I also have more energy and less back pain.

My health coach was very supportive. Checked in with me almost everyday. Timely response. If I had a question and she wasn't available, I could reach out to the Instachat team. So much helpful information on healthy eating. I saw results the first week. You have to stick to the plan!!

This has been such a great program. I found it via my insurance and they cover the whole program. My coach is responsive and I am always feeling good. I was able to drop 10 lbs in my first week. This is not a diet, it’s teaching you how to eat nutritious meals that your body can break down and use.

I had a great success with the Level 1 program. Easy to follow guidelines and lost > 6 lbs in the first week. I do drink water, juices and teas so it's not water loss (msg for doubters :-))
